It has leads for the wired electrodes, but none were in the box, so I added an unopened set for product completion. I have been in nursing for many years, and this is the best non narcotic pain management system, for my patients, and myself who wants the side effects of pills I use the Empi select, so this one has been toted around for 6 years.

Don't spend on the exact same item, these units do not retail for what they used. The box is open, the contents are new unused.
